CharlockHolmes for JRuby: File-Encoding herausfinden
Francis Chong hat seine CharlockHolmes-Gem auf GitHub gestellt. Zusätzlich kann CharlockHolmes auch noch Strings in andere Encodings transkodieren. Benutzt wird die ICU4J Library, die von CharlockHolmes gewrappt wird.
